All products sold in our store include a free shipping option to the US. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in New York. Any delivery dates provided by Tiny Knot Co. are estimates. We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments as products are ready. Tiny Knot Co. will send you an email when your order has shipped and you may review your order and shipping information on your Account page. We offer free shipping on all products in the USA. All shipments include tracking with delivery confirmation. Please make certain to ship to a secure location as we will not process refunds or re-ship orders once delivery confirmation is received. Tiny Knot Co. is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen packages. Please contact USPS or FedEx for exact coordinates and details regarding the package.
Tiny Knot Co. may cancel orders for any reason at any time and in our sole discretion. These can include fraud prevention, orders connected with a previous credit card dispute, or inventory errors. Tiny Knot Co. may cancel any order being sent to a Freight Forwarding company/address.
International Customers: We NOW SHIP to most countries. If your country is not available at checkout please email: [email protected]. We will send you a quote based on your preferred order/shipping destination. All international packages are shipped via FedEx. We will provide a customs declaration number, but transit times and delivery are out of our control. Please note that import duties and VAT charges can apply for deliveries outside of the United States. We have no control over these charges and cannot calculate what they might be as customs policies differ widely from country to country. The customer is responsible for all import duties/customs charges. Though it is very unusual, refunds for lost packages are NOT provided so purchase at your own risk.
All pre-order items reference an “Expected Ship Date” which is our best estimate of product availability at the time of sale. These dates can and do change. While we make every effort to deliver on or before these dates, please be aware that all pre-ordered items are subject to changes in actual ship dates. In order to provide the best service experience, we encourage customers to avoid time-sensitive purchases such as gifts on pre-order items.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. We’ll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). Beyond 7 days we do not offer refunds under any circumstance.
Returned items must be unworn and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, or that have stains, smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, dog hair or odors, etc will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once it will not qualify for a return.
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
