Why We Give

Every kid needs three meals a day to grow up healthy, happy and strong.

But today, too many children are missing those meals – 1 in 8 kids in America lives with hunger.

That’s 9 Million Children.

We all need to do our part

to end childhood hunger in the United States. But millions of kids are living with hunger right now.

We are supporting No Kid Hunrgy to help change that.

What We Give

Tiny Knot Co. will donate $1 to Share Our Strength for every headband sold starting January 1, 2023 with a minimum guaranteed annual donation of $1500.

We Are Moms

We cannot fathom being put in a situation where we cannot feed our children.  We always knew when starting TKC that we wanted to give back. Our goal is to help as many children as we can and make a real difference.

Here’s what No Kid Hungry is doing:

School Meals

We help schools get the resources they need to feed kids – not just lunch, but breakfast and after school snacks too.

Grants

We distribute grants to communities to help them get what they need to feed kids, from meal carts to refrigerators to delivery trucks.

Advocacy

We work with national, state and local elected leaders, fighting for policies that help families make ends meet – from expanding food assistance programs to cutting through red tape to help feed children during the pandemic.

Awareness

We work with celebrities, chefs, news media and major companies to make sure everyone sees the crisis of childhood hunger in the United States.

Research & Policy

Knowing what has worked in one community can be helpful elsewhere. No Kid Hungry provides experts, research, tools and training to help people across the country feed children.

Early Childhood

Babies and little kids need healthy food for a strong start to their lives. We help parents and caregivers with young children, especially families that may be struggling to make ends meet.
