Cookies and Similar Technologies
Our Site may use “cookies” or similar technologies to enhance the User experience, as well as to analyze trends, administer the Site, and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. Additionally, we use third-party advertising companies, such as Google, to serve or track ads on our web site and other websites. These companies may use non-personally identifiable information about your visits to this and other websites in order to measure advertising effectiveness and to provide advertisements about goods and services that may be of interest to you. Below are the two general types of technologies that we currently or intended in the future to use:
Cookies. We may use browser cookies, local Storage, or other similar technologies from time to time on the Site. A “browser” or “HTTP” cookie is a unique text file that may be used for data analysis, and enables a web site to tailor information presented to a user based on a user’s browsing program. Cookies also allow us certain aspects of our Site to properly function.
Pixels and Web Beacons. We use pixels, or transparent GIF files, as well as web beacons, which are strings of code, to help manage online advertising. Pixels and Web Beacons help us understand which advertisements brought users to our Site. Pixels, like cookies (which are discussed below) are placed on a user’s computer. Web beacons, however, are not placed on a user’s computer.

Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with Tiny Knot Co. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.
